At a time when millions of Americans are struggling to make ends meet, there are proposals in Congress, such as the Senior Hunger Prevention Act, that would strengthen this critical program. Help us protect (and improve) this much-needed food assistance program for vulnerable older adults.

Many older adults are looking for work. They face financial hardship, want to learn new skills, or hope to contribute to their community, but face obstacles to employment. The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is the only federal program offering solutions to these problems. It's time for Congress to protect and support SCSEP.
