Dr. Formella Zdroik is a board-certified Music Audiologist. She is the founder of Melody Audiology LLC, specializing in music industry professionals and hearing conservation.. Having a deep background in theatre and music, Dr. Formella Zdroik is passionate about inclusivity and accessibility in her community, especially within performing arts venues and theatre practices, as well as innovation and advancement in the field of audiology. Dr. Formella Zdroik is currently a candidate in the Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Education program at the Mississippi University for Women where she is enthusiastically uniting her passions of theatre, music, and accessibility for the arts with audiology. Dr. Formella Zdroik was recently awarded the Distinguished Early Career Professional Award by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association for making an impact in the areas of leadership, volunteering, or advocacy at the local and national level.
