This event has ended

NCOA and Health Management Associates released a report on Medicaid and Medicare Advantage as payors for evidence-based health promotion and disease prevention programs. This report identifies Medicaid authorities and financing mechanisms that states have adopted to reimburse evidence-based health promotion programs, barriers to adoption, and promising practices establishing reimbursable programs and approaches that may be replicated in other states and communities.

This webinar presents key findings from the report, state examples and actionable information for community-based organizations to move forward with relationships with state Medicaid programs, Medicaid managed care organizations and Medicare Advantage plans.

Presenters:

  • Sarah Barth, Health Management Associates
