Letter of Support for H.R. 1230, The Protecting Older Workers Against Discrimination Act

In June 2019, NCOA signed this group letter supporting H.R. 1230, the Protecting Older Workers Against Discrimination Act (POWADA), sponsored by Chairman Bobby Scott and Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-WI).

POWADA is bipartisan, limited legislation to restore fairness and well-established legal standards on workplace discrimination that were undermined by certain court decisions.
