Modernizing the Older Americans Act: What it Means and How You Can Comment

Join our webinar to learn more about the upcoming modernization of the Older Americans Act implementing regulations and how you can comment on changes with the potential to strongly impact the lives of older adults.

While it's an important law of the land, Older Americans Act of 1965 has implementing regulations that have not been substantially changed or updated since 1988. 

Now that the U.S. Administration of Community Living (ACL) is modernizing those Older Americans Act regulations, that process includes the chance to provide input. This is a key opportunity to weigh in on changes that could have big impacts on the lives of older adults.
