The Aging Network has always played a vital role in ensuring older adults have access to the supports they need to remain healthy and independent. Yet months of staying home and being less active have taken a toll on their well-being. The American Rescue Plan provides new investments in Older Americans Act (OAA) Title III-D programs to help grantees and their delivery networks build additional capacity for and deliver evidence-based health promotion and disease prevention programs.

This webinar highlights best practices for selecting and delivering evidence-based health promotion and disease prevention programs, including programs delivered in remote and/or in-person, socially-distanced formats. Hear from three Administration for Community Living grant recipients about the strategies they are employing to deliver these programs during the pandemic, and the lessons they have learned along the way.
