Press Release Template for New ACL Grantees

Organizations that have received Administration for Community Living (ACL) funding to implement evidence-based chronic disease self-management education (CDSME) or falls prevention programs can use these templates to promote their new award.

For falls prevention program annoucements, the release is a way to underscore the need to help reduce falls and the risk of falling among older adults and adults with disabilities. For CDSME programs, grantees can share how the award is supporting resources and support to help older adults manage their chronic conditions.
