Anne Davenport, PT, DPT, is and Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist and the Program Manager for Health Promotion Services at the Klamath Basin Senior Citizens’ Center, where she delivers evidence-based health promotion and fall prevention programming to community dwelling older adults, serves as a liaison to community based organizations, and manages the Center’s digital presence. She instructs at the Doctor of Physical Therapy Programs of Oregon Institute of Technology, Oregon State University - Cascades, and Duke University and is clinically active as an acute care clinician at Sky Lakes Medical Center. She serves as the Chair of the Oregon Fall Prevention Coalition
