Brian C. Carpenter, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. He received his PhD in clinical psychology from Case Western Reserve University and completed his post-doctoral training at the Philadelphia Geriatric Center and the University of Pennsylvania.
