Cara Marcus is the Knowledge and Resource Manager for the National Rural Transit Assistance Program (National RTAP). She is also the project lead for the Transportation Technical Assistance Coordination Library (TACL). Marcus graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Simmons College with a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science. As a library manager and researcher for over 20 years, she has launched collections and libraries that included the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Health Care Delivery Policy Program and the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Kessler Health Education Library. Her published works have centered upon accessibility for persons with disabilities and verbal education.
