Jessica leads a team implementing innovative programs that increase access to benefits and improve overall economic security for older adults and people with disabilities. She has over 15 years of capacity building and program management experience across a variety of topics in international and domestic settings. Throughout her career, she has designed and led multimillion-dollar programs that have engaged and built the capacity of communities, local governments, federal agencies, nonprofits, and professional associations. Jessica is a former Peace Corps Volunteer and holds a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Public Policy and Management. She is passionate about discovering solutions and creating resources that contribute to more inclusive and resilient communities.
