Prior to RubyWell, she was the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the founding team of Trusty.care, a healthcare and insurance technology company that creates precision tools which deliver a health benefits picture unique to each person. Julie holds a BA from Georgetown University, and an MPA from Harvard University.
