Fullen, PhD, LPCC, has a research focus on the counseling needs of older adults, with an emphasis on expanding access to mental health care and developing programs to improve mental health & wellness among older adults. His research on promoting older adults’ mental health has been funded by the Administration for Community Living and the Mather Institute.
