Monica Forquer, DrPH, MS, is a physical activity fellow for the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She has ample experience developing, implementing, and evaluating physical activity programs for underserved populations, particularly older adults and individuals with intellectual disabilities. She holds a doctorate in public health, along with a master’s and bachelor’s degree in exercise science.
