Nicole leads the work of the Direct Care Workforce Strategies Center, empowering states to grow and strengthen the workforce providing home and community-based care to older adults and individuals with disabilities. She has extensive experience in workforce and aging policy at both the nonprofit level and in Congress as a Health Policy Advisor to Congressman Bill Pascrell Jr. (NJ-09). In recognition of her advocacy for long-term care residents during the COVID-19 pandemic, Nicole was honored as one of Congressman Garamendi's 2020 Women of the Year. Known for her enthusiasm for collaboration and connecting people and ideas, Nicole brings both passion and purpose to her work in aging policy and systems change.
