Rajiv Patel, MD, leads the clinical efforts at Papa, a curated platform of companionship and support for older adults and families. Previously he also served as a medical director at Physician Partners focusing on collaboration with physicians across the state of Florida to help manage high-cost patients and identify undiscovered chronic conditions and managing a team of provider educators that helped identify training needs for doctors and other medical staff to improve the quality and accuracy of documentation. Patel earned a medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman in 2012 and completed training in 2015.
