Randy Feliciano, MPA, now with the AARP Foundation, provided training and support to a network of Benefits Enrollment Centers across the U.S. as Associate Director of NCOA's Center for Benefits Access (now the Center for Economic Well-Being). Prior to joining NCOA, Feliciano worked for the Department of Human Services in Arlington, Virginia, where he ran a legal guardianship program and a Personal Advocate Service.
