Our Accountability
NCOA is committed to accountability and transparency
NCOA wants you to know as much as you can about our organization and how we carefully and effectively use your donations and other funding to achieve our goals. For more than 70 years, we've conducted business with integrity and with the highest ethical standards, and doing so remains critical to our organization’s success now and into the future. Our robust ethics and compliance policies and practices foster a strong ethical culture characterized by transparency, accountability, fairness, and respect.
Promoting and exemplifying a culture of respect, honesty, and integrity
The compliant, ethical manner and actions with which we conduct ourselves with donors, partners, consumers, and each other are core to NCOA’s approach and vital to upholding our social and governance responsibilities to our communities and our employees.
We have established a confidential ethics hotline phone, email, and website which are available for anyone within or outside the organization to report any suspected ethics or conduct violations.
The hotline is a multilingual external service managed by an independent third party that gives users the option of submitting an complaint anonymously.
